Position: Internet Helpdesk Representative
Location: Elizabethtown Headquarters
Effective immediately, there is an opening for the position of an Internet Helpdesk Representative which reports to Internet Helpdesk Supervisor.
Hours: M-F (every other Saturday) 3-midnight
Duties:
Answer incoming calls daily in a polite and professional manner.
Enter "ALL" inquiries in to the HEAT database. (VM, Calls, E-mail)
Provide assistance to helpdesk colleagues as needed.
Follow-up with customers who have left messages in the Internet Helpdesk VM box.
Provides support and troubleshooting for customers with Internet access and email
problems by analyzing, diagnosing and resolving problems.
Provide front-end support for customers via E-mail.
Requirements:
Skills to include customer servicing skill sets, Internet knowledge and exceptional PC skills
The selected individual must also be able to write in a technical format when corresponding via E-mail with customers.

Position: Wireless Traffic Engineer
Location: Elizabethtown Headquarters
Effective immediately there is an opening for the Wireless Traffic Engineer which reports to Manager-Wireless Traffic & Data Engineering.
Duties:
Daily traffic elements, processes, reports and functions in real time both voice and data
Forecasting capacity issues related to growth of all traffic elements
Use of performance software applications to graph trends and identify capacity issues
Proactive monitoring call volumes and key performance indicators provided by the network elements
Real time software changes to the network through CACP to enhance performance with all network elements
Identify network elements problems. Correct through software element changes if applicable or identify to responsible management for corrective action. Follow up as necessary to ensure problem has been corrected and report as necessary.
On call support for service-affecting problems that develop outside of normal working hours as required
Other duties as directed by Management
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience with two to three years wireless traffic and performance experience.
Knowledge of Nortel Infrastructure Required.
Knowledge of Nortel CACP and Nortel NEWTUN Tool preferred.
Strong computer and database skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience in developing and writing technical documentation.
